Legal & Privacy
Global Privacy Policy
How we handle your information, the choices you have, and how to reach us.
Your personal data deserves clear explanations. This policy describes the information handled when you use Psyzilla’s website or contact our team, and the options available to you.
1. Scope of This Policy
This policy explains how Psyzilla Private Limited (“Psyzilla”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data through psyzilla.com, its enquiry forms, and related business communications. It applies to visitors, prospective clients and people who contact us, wherever they are located.
Client projects may be governed by separate contracts and privacy notices. When we handle data on a client’s instructions, that client normally determines the purpose of processing. Third-party websites and services have their own policies.
2. Who Controls Your Personal Data
Psyzilla Private Limited, based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, is responsible for deciding how and why personal data is used for this website and our own enquiries and business communications. In applicable laws, this role may be called a controller, Data Fiduciary or personal information processor.
Contact info@psyzilla.com with the subject “Privacy request” for questions, rights requests, or further controller contact information. This is our privacy contact, not a representation that a statutory data protection officer or overseas representative has been appointed.
3. Personal Data We Collect
- Information you provide: name, telephone number, country and calling code, optional email, project requirements, and information contained in correspondence.
- Enquiry records: submission identifiers, a browser-session identifier, IP address, timezone, submission source and creation time.
- Technical information: network requests, IP address, browser and operating-system category, device type, screen dimensions, language, timezone and service diagnostics.
- Optional analytics: pages visited, referring website origin, interaction events, activity timestamps, visit duration and approximate location associated with a session identifier.
- Location information: approximate IP-based location and, with browser permission, coordinates used to determine a city or region.
Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, government identification, health information or other sensitive data through general enquiry forms. We do not need this information to discuss a project.
4. How We Collect Personal Data
We collect information directly when you submit a form or contact us by email, telephone or a linked messaging service. Your browser also sends technical information when it requests website resources. Our service providers process information necessary to deliver those resources.
After analytics consent, the website records session activity. Approximate IP-based location is requested only when the Preferences category is enabled. Optional precise location is requested through the browser permission system.
5. How and Why We Use Personal Data
- Respond to questions, prepare proposals and communicate about requested services.
- Deliver the website, display regional information, remember preferences and prevent repeated enquiry prompts after a successful submission.
- Measure consenting visitors’ use of the site and improve content, navigation and performance.
- Authenticate administrators, troubleshoot errors, limit abusive requests and protect our services.
- Manage client relationships, meet applicable legal requirements and handle disputes or privacy requests.
Submitting an enquiry does not by itself subscribe you to unrelated marketing. If we offer optional marketing, any required permission and a way to stop those messages must be provided separately.
6. Legal Bases for Processing
The legal basis depends on the activity and the law that applies. Where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, the relevant grounds may include:
- Consent: optional analytics and permission-based location features; you can withdraw consent.
- Steps requested before a contract or performance of a contract: handling a service request from you and delivering agreed services.
- Legitimate interests: responding to business representatives, operating and securing the website, diagnosing faults and providing basic regional functionality, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
- Legal obligations: records and disclosures required by applicable law.
A basis available in one jurisdiction does not automatically apply elsewhere. Where local law requires consent or a different permitted basis, that requirement governs. You can ask us about the basis for a particular use and object where the law allows.
8. Advertising and Google AdSense
The current website includes advertising spaces, but does not currently load Google AdSense advertising scripts. Accepting the website’s analytics choice is not consent to personalised advertising.
If Google advertising is introduced, this policy and the relevant consent controls will need to reflect the actual configuration before advertising starts. Google and advertising partners may receive IP addresses, page information and browser identifiers, and use cookies or similar technology for delivery, measurement, fraud prevention and, where permitted, personalisation.
Google requires appropriate consent arrangements for its publisher services, including a Google-certified consent management platform for applicable advertising in the EEA, UK and Switzerland. See Google’s publisher consent requirements and how Google uses information from partner sites. This notice alone does not provide advertising consent.
9. Analytics and Website Performance
Our current visitor analytics are handled by Psyzilla’s own service, rather than Google Analytics. Optional analytics start only when Analytics is enabled through the consent controls. Reject Non-Essential keeps analytics off; ordinary website delivery and security processing continue. Location lookup requires the separate Preferences category.
Analytics use a random identifier scoped to a browser session. This is pseudonymous, not necessarily anonymous: with analytics allowed, an enquiry stores the same session identifier and can link the session to the information you provide. Without analytics consent, the form uses a separate request identifier without browser persistence. Analytics records retain city or region details rather than precise GPS coordinates. Website performance and error diagnostics may also be processed to operate the service.
10. Optional Location Information
With Preferences enabled, approximate location can be inferred from your IP address without a browser GPS prompt. The website uses an IP-location provider (currently ipapi.co), with a browser fallback to BigDataCloud. Those providers receive the network information necessary for their service. IP-based lookup results may be cached temporarily by our server.
Selecting Use my location with Preferences enabled can request browser location permission. Accepting cookies alone does not request precise location. If granted, coordinates are sent to our server and to OpenStreetMap’s Nominatim service to derive a city or region. Our reverse-location response and analytics records do not retain those precise GPS coordinates; the provider receives them to fulfil the request and applies its own privacy practices.
You can decline or revoke location permission in browser settings. The site remains usable with approximate location or your browser timezone. Revoking GPS permission does not prevent IP-based location lookup while Preferences remains enabled. Disable Preferences in Cookie Settings to stop these optional lookups.
11. Enquiries, Leads and Client Communications
When you send an enquiry, we store the form details and the associated technical information described above to respond, prevent duplicate submissions and manage follow-up. Enquiry processing is separate from optional analytics consent. Required fields are identified in the form; without them an online enquiry cannot be submitted.
Only share information you are entitled to provide. If you contact us through WhatsApp or another external platform, that platform also handles the communication under its own terms. Client delivery and contractual records may be subject to additional notices and agreements.
12. Careers and Job Applications
The website does not currently provide a careers application page or recruitment upload form. If you voluntarily contact us about work by email, we receive the contact details, CV and other material you choose to send and use them to respond to that approach.
Please avoid unnecessary sensitive information. Any future recruitment process should provide details of its purposes, recipients, retention and any assessments when applications are collected. A general enquiry is not permission to retain an application for unrelated future vacancies indefinitely.
13. AI-Assisted Features
Descriptions of our AI services do not mean that this website automatically sends visitor enquiries to an AI model. The current public enquiry flow stores submissions for follow-up and does not include an AI chatbot or automated hiring or eligibility decision.
If an AI-assisted feature is offered, its notice should explain what input is processed, which providers receive it, whether it is retained or used for training, and the choices available before use. Do not place sensitive personal or confidential client information into an AI feature without appropriate authority and safeguards.
15. International Data Transfers
Psyzilla operates from India. Accessing the website or contacting us from another country may involve processing in India and in countries where our providers operate. Privacy laws and government-access rules can differ between countries.
Where a restricted international transfer is subject to specific legal requirements, an applicable transfer mechanism is required, such as an adequacy decision, approved contractual safeguards or a narrowly applicable legal exception. Additional assessments or consent may be required by local law. We do not claim that every provider or transfer is certified under any particular scheme. Contact info@psyzilla.com to ask about the destinations and safeguards relevant to your information.
16. Data Retention
Retention depends on the information and purpose. Enquiries and correspondence are assessed according to ongoing follow-up, the client relationship and any dispute or legal-record requirement. Analytics and diagnostic records are assessed according to their usefulness for performance, troubleshooting and security. Legal obligations or a dispute can require longer preservation.
Browser-storage lifetimes are described in section 7. A dashboard’s reporting window is not a deletion deadline for server records. There is no universal automatic deletion period stated for all enquiry and analytics records. You can request information about the retention applicable to your data, or request deletion, at info@psyzilla.com. Clearing your browser does not erase server records; deletion may also be subject to backup cycles and lawful retention requirements.
17. Data Security
Technical controls in the website include authenticated administrative access, request validation, limits on repeated requests and measures to avoid logging credentials. Access to personal data should be limited to people who need it for the relevant purpose.
No website, transmission method or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Avoid sending secrets or unnecessary sensitive information. Report a suspected exposure to info@psyzilla.com. Where an incident triggers legal notification duties, the applicable requirements govern notification to affected people and authorities.
18. Your Privacy Choices
- Cookies and analytics: open Cookie Settings, then choose Reject Non-Essential or disable individual categories and save. This stops future optional processing and clears our associated optional browser storage.
- Precise location: refuse the browser request or revoke this website’s location permission in browser settings.
- Communications: tell us if you no longer want optional follow-up or marketing. Necessary replies and contractual or legal communications may still be required.
- Personal data requests: email info@psyzilla.com to request access, correction, deletion or another right available to you.
Withdrawing consent affects future consent-based processing and does not make earlier lawful processing unlawful. We may need proportionate information to verify a request; please do not send identity documents unless we explain why they are needed. We will explain any lawful limitation or refusal and respond within the time required by applicable law.
19. Regional Privacy Rights
The following rights depend on where you are, the processing involved, the law’s scope and any exceptions. Listing a region does not mean every law applies to every visitor. Contact info@psyzilla.com to exercise rights or ask which framework applies.
India
India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and Rules, 2025 have phased commencement. Where the relevant provisions are in force and apply, rights include access to information about processing, correction and erasure, grievance redressal and nomination. Consent withdrawal is also provided for. Other applicable Indian requirements may apply during the transition. See the MeitY rules and enforcement timeline.
United Kingdom
Where UK data protection law applies, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, object to certain processing, withdraw consent and raise concerns about qualifying solely automated decisions. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
European Economic Area
Where the GDPR applies, rights include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, subject to their conditions, as well as consent withdrawal and protection concerning qualifying solely automated decisions. You may complain to a competent supervisory authority, including in the country of your habitual residence, work or alleged infringement. See the European Data Protection Board’s rights guidance.
United States
State laws vary. Where applicable, rights may include knowing or accessing personal information, correction, deletion, portability, and opting out of sale, targeted advertising or certain profiling. Some laws provide appeal rights and protections against discrimination. California also provides rights concerning certain sensitive information. Where legally required, applicable opt-out preference signals must be honoured. See the California Attorney General’s CCPA guidance. Send requests, authorised-agent requests or appeals to our privacy email.
United Arab Emirates
Depending on the applicable UAE framework, you may have rights to information, correction, erasure, restriction or cessation of certain processing, and to object to certain automated decisions. Federal law and the DIFC and ADGM regimes have different scopes. See the UAE Government’s data protection overview; contact us to identify the relevant complaint channel.
Australia
Where the Privacy Act 1988 applies, you may request access to and correction of personal information and complain about its handling. Privacy rights and complaint information are available from the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
China
Where China’s Personal Information Protection Law applies, rights may include knowing about and deciding on processing, restricting or refusing certain processing, accessing or copying information, correction, deletion in specified circumstances and requesting an explanation of processing rules. Separate requirements can apply to sensitive information and overseas transfers. See the National People’s Congress publication of the law.
Other Countries
Your local law may provide additional rights or protections. Tell us your country and the nature of your request so we can consider the applicable requirements. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded by law.
20. Children’s Privacy
Our business services and general enquiry forms are intended for adults and business representatives, not for children. Please do not submit a child’s personal information through them. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action, including deletion where required.
The age and safeguards that apply to children’s data differ by jurisdiction. Any service specifically involving children would require its own appropriate notices, permissions and safeguards.
21. External Links
The website links to social networks, messaging services and other third-party destinations. Their operators control their own collection and use of information. Review their privacy notices before interacting or submitting information. A link does not bring that external service within this policy.
22. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when website features, processing practices or legal requirements change. The dates at the top identify this version. Material changes may require additional notice or fresh consent before the new processing starts; simply publishing a revision does not substitute for required consent.
23. Complaints
Please send concerns to info@psyzilla.com, describing what happened and the outcome you seek. We may ask for information needed to investigate and will respond under the applicable legal process. If a request is refused, you may ask us to reconsider or appeal where that right exists.
You may also complain to a competent data protection authority or pursue another remedy available under local law. The regional section above identifies relevant sources. Contacting us first does not remove your right to approach an authority directly where permitted.
